Freezing your platform means placing it on temporary hold for a specific period. This option is designed for agencies that need time for team restructuring, internal development, or other business plans — without losing their contract duration or data.
🔹 What Happens During a Freeze?
- Core Platform & Luxota Market Services: Both your one-year core platform contract and all Luxota Market packages are paused.
- No Costs During Freeze (up to 3 months): You can focus on your internal improvements without worrying about ongoing platform expenses.
- Data & Settings Preserved: All your configurations, data, and integrations remain safe.
- Landing Page Replacement: Instead of your normal booking portal, a neutral informational landing page will appear to inform visitors that your platform is temporarily unavailable.
- Support Services: During the freeze, Luxota does not provide support or maintenance.
🔹 Duration & Rules
- One-time Option: Each customer may freeze their platform only once during the whole life.
- Maximum Free Period: Up to 3 months free of charge.
- Beyond 3 Months: A 5% deduction per month is applied to the remaining duration of your main contract.
- Reactivation: At any time, you can request to unfreeze your platform. Your main contract and Luxota Market packages will resume from the reactivation date.
